A PLATFORM ADVANCING TO BUILD

Gascoyne Green Energy

Gascoyne Green Energy is a Western Australian renewable energy development company advancing the Boolathana Integrated Renewable Energy Platform – a large-scale, off-grid green ammonia project on the Gascoyne coast.

Where many renewable proposals rest on ambition, Boolathana rests on measurement. The wind and solar resources on a single 148,000-hectare coastal landholding have been independently characterised, measured on site and dispatch-modelled across a seven-year hourly record – and they oppose each other across the day in a way few sites anywhere can match.

Boolathana is one title under one owner. GGE holds a Section 91 licence under the Land Administration Act, secured in 2024, permitting the environmental, heritage and geotechnical investigation the project requires, and holds exclusive access to the landholding under a separate deed with the pastoral lessee running to December 2030. Because there is one title and one owner, land access and the coordination of approvals are simpler than they are almost anywhere else at this scale — no land assembly, no patchwork of competing interests, and room for the platform to expand in stages on ground already under GGE’s control

GGE Boolathana has high intermittent load factors making green ammonia production more economic

Green Ammonia

Green ammonia is the platform’s first product, chosen because it is bankable today: a mature global market, existing trade infrastructure, and demand growing across fertiliser, shipping fuel, power and industry. Around that anchor sits a wider platform of possibilities – firm renewable power for data centres, green minerals, cement and lime, and circular fuels and fertiliser. Boolathana has moved a full stage beyond concept. The resource is validated and the Pre-Feasibility Study is complete. A structured environmental screen found no constraint that would, on a desktop basis, preclude the project, and the study programme now under way is designed around the matters it flagged. The work ahead is defined: independent technical certification, front-end engineering design, completion of environmental studies, tenure conversion and the formation of first offtake – carrying Boolathana to a Final Investment Decision, at which point project financing funds construction

Our Mission

Gascoyne Green Energy  exists to develop one project. That focus is deliberate: one landholding, one counterparty, one decision to reach.

Everything the company does is directed at carrying Boolathana to a Final Investment Decision on evidence that will stand independent scrutiny.
